ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The location map shows us at the highway. Actually the condos are at the ocean. The resort extends from the highway to the ocean. 33-acres. The weekly rate for our 2-bedroom/2-bath condos are $1200-$1250 USD in the summer. Check with us for specific weeks. We have 3 2-bedroom condos and a Sunsuite. The Sunsuite will sleep 2 adults & 2 children comfortably. Rates for the Sunsuite are $850 USD per week June 9-Aug 11. Rates are lower before and after these dates. We are also available for monthly rentals October-December starting at $850 per month. Our 2-bedroom/2-bath oceanview condo is located on the 5th I(top) floor of the atrium section of "B" Building at Myrtle Beach Resort. Myrtle Beach Resort is a 31-acre oceanfront resort located on the south edge of Myrtle Beach, SC. The condo has been updated.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The main bath is located in the hallway near the 2nd bedroom. The second bedroom has a new twin over full bunk bed and a twin bed. There are updated appliances in the kitchen, 55" TV in living room, smaller TVs in each bedroom. The condo has a nice ocean view from the balcony and from inside the condo. You do NOT have to go outdoors to reach the heated indoor pool & hot tub, exercise room, sauna, steam room, small library/game room. There is an oceanfront cabana bar & grill on premises. The resort has 6 pools (1 indoor, 1 indoor/outdoor, 4 outdoor), several indoor & outdoor hot tubs, a Lazy River, putting green, horseshoes, lighted tennis, bocce, basketball and beach volleyball, lawn chess, kiddie pool & water play area and kiddie playground. You must be 23 years of age to rent at Myrtle Beach Resort and the renter must be staying in the condo. Our rates includes linens, exit cleaning, taxes, a parking pass, wireless internet, free phone calls to U.S., Mexico and Canada. Between June 1 and Sept 15 we rent weekly only, Saturday to Saturday.
